The National Collegiate Edutainment Tour (CET)
KD Comm Speakers Division presents The Collegiate Edu-Tainment Tour designed to present quality programming essentially for African American colleges and universities nationally. CET embarks upon the college community by way of the literary collective. Providing a vehicle that is an educational tool serving a dual purpose for the students, faculty, staff and college community alike. The tour begins each fall semester (September) and ends in the spring (April).

Mission

To Provide African American institutions of higher learning with quality collegiate programming with substance. Taking aim at the issues that directly affect the African American family and its communities. Making a difference and maintaining the belief of "consciously designed programming for today's youth and tomorrow's future leaders."

Platforms with a Purpose

"The Literary. How To Get Published" Best selling authors discuss their contribution to the literary world. Designed for students to 'get-up-close' and personal with published authors.

"I Love This Game!" A unique dais created to showcase African-American men that impact a billion-dollar industry. Sports agents, marketing experts and professionals athletes share their encouraging stories. This platform demonstrates an array of alternative career choices, off the field/court and 'in the front office.'
